The fresh produce from the vegetable garden and surrounding markets are the basis of Hélène’s cooking. Savour the fine gastronomic specialities of our region: foie gras mi-cuit au Saussignac, Oeuf cocotte aux morilles, cassoulet aux fèves, civet de canette au vin de Pécharmant, Pot-au-feu de poularde fermière aux truffes du Périgord pourpre, magret mariné à l’Armagnac sauce miel et échalottes…and many more enchanting dishes. The dinners are only served on reservation for our hosts.

On reviendra pour: "L'art de vivre" de ses propriétaires et la cuisine d'Hélène, ancienne restauratrice, qui concocte ses recettes gourmandes à partir des légumes du potager et des produits frais du marché.
The breakfasts will be served each morning as 9:00 to 10:00 in the dining room or the interior garden. You will appreciate the various breads and croissants, a true juice d' orange, fruits of season, the delicious house's jams prepared by Helene,as well as yoghurt, cheese, ham, egg.
