Booking policy

Reservations must be confirmed by fax, letter or email and will be guaranteed following the payment of a deposit:
- the cost of one night for stays less than 3 nights.
- 30% of the booking value for stays of 3 nights and above.
All reservations are held until 6.00 p.m, please let us if you intend to arrive later than this hour.

Time of arrival and departure

Departure: bedrooms should be vacated before 10.00 a.m.
Arrival: We will do everything possible to ensure that your bedroom is ready as early as possible. However, this may not be achievable before 2.30 p.m.

General sale conditions

Should a client cancel his/her reservation, the following fees will be due:

For cancellations received at least a month before due arrival date, we will refund the deposit (minus 15 Euros for admin cost).

For cancellations received between two weeks and a month prior to arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.

Any cancellation that occurs within 14 days from the expected arrival date, 100% of the amount of the stay.

In case of a No-Show at the Hotel: 100% of the total cost of the stay, including all services purchased upon reservation.

Shortened stay

In the event of an interrupted stay, if departure is notified 48 hours prior to the anticipated date of leaving, the hotel bill will be 100% of the total cost of the stay, including all services purchased upon reservation.
